Welcome to Zen By Ashley where we'll be focusing on our mental health and well being, learning how to cope in our ever changing world and try to keep a positive attitude.

With all that's happening around us, it's important that we take control of our mental health. We must begin to do so at once and not only for ourselves but those around us. Whether they are our loved ones or neighbors or colleagues, it's evident now more than ever that we should take some time to check in on each other. 

In order for us to be there for someone else however, we need to ensure that we ourselves are okay. There's a lot going on and we just can't deal with it all. We have to start shifting our focus from all the noise around us and detoxify our minds, even just by pausing to breathe. There are a number of ways to do this but let's begin by taking time to to check out some good reads on breathing techniques.
